AHHHH!

HOLA HOLA HOLA

Yesterday Hna Isham turns to me in the middle of church and says "Hna Staffieri, you could've created a baby in the amount of time that you haven't held one...". THANKS FOR THE REMINDER. Tomorrow I hit my half way and I've seriously been in denial for basically my whole mission about how fast everything is moving.

I love life so much. This week honestly changed my life.

I really am super not into emailing right now though. I am so sorry! But maybe I’ll write all about it next week!  I don’t have a lot of time.

I love you all! SO MUCH!  I know this church is true, and if a sweaty Sister Missionary sopping wet from the rain knocks on your door this week, let her in! She wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't true!

keep being awesome! I’ll keep praying for you!

THE SUN IS MY BEST FRIEND

Amigos, Familia, Buds, Homie$?

I LOVE YOU GUYS!

First of all, HAPPY FATHERS DAY! Shout out to all the awesome BBQ-ing, sideline yelling, awesome DADS out there! But especially to the one that God blessed ME with! Ever since I came into this world you have been graciously sharing EVERYTHING with me. I don’t think I could ever repay you! love you!!!

Another awesome miracle-packed week in the Sunshine State I love this place! So much!

Naples is so pretty and its so easy to be happy here. Even in the super Latin parts, it’s so pretty. I feel like God blesses me through humor because seriously every single time we are knocking doors or just out contacting something hilarious happens and Sister Isham and I are caught up laughing. A little bit ago we were out knocking in the top of our area, Bonita Springs, and we walked up to this house that was all run down, there were like 7 cars just everywhere all over the yard and a family outside half in their garage and half outside just chilling' out cooking some kind of carne. And so of course we go up and talk to them and we are like 2 minutes in when we hear "HOLLAAAA" and we turn to our right and there is this grown man sitting in this nasty kiddie pool, fully clothed, holding a corona light in his hand with 3 more just floating there. He was extremely interested in the gospel...or two white chicks speaking Spanish...but we decided that maybe he wasn't in the best "state" to hear the restored gospel at that time and gave him a card with the address of the church on it...he'll come haha.

OH! EDNA! Guys, Edna is the best! We were over eating dinner at Hna. Chaparros house (my mission grandma) and as we were about to leave she told us about her friend that moved here with her husband and two boys from Colombia 8 days old with absolutely nothing. Turns out that she lived right across the way from her and that she had already invited and committed her to come to church this Sunday with her (boss member missionary). A day later we taught her and the spirit was so strong. During the closing prayer we were all almost in tears. She came to church with her family and loved it.

I want to share one of my favorite scriptures this week. Its all about PEACE. I feel like my idea of peace has changed completely over my mission. Everyone we talk to is searching for it and the only way we can actually have true peace is through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

May we all try a little hard to be "peacemakers" through sharing the message of TRUE peace.

I love you all! Have a great week! I pray for you all every day! Keep being good, okay?
